From concept to a complete experience.

The complete design of UMI Hotel and its restaurant was developed in close collaboration with the owners. The project ranged from shaping the concept on which UMI was built to the design of every space throughout the hotel and restaurant. In 2025, UMI was awarded One MICHELIN Key, recognising a very special stay. Michelin’s assessment considers, among other factors, excellence in architecture and interior design, the hotel’s personality and character, and its contribution to its setting — qualities that guided the design process from the outset.
